What will be the benefit(s) of getting a VA under your agency?

The BIG benefit we consider for a client is that our clients have our full support in managing their business and his/her VA. Meaning you do not just hire a VA from us but a team that shares inputs, insights on how to make your business more successful. You will also have someone or a team to contact if you are having difficulty with your VA. We also provide training so if your VA has a task he/she is unsure of but you require her/him to perform it, the VA can reach out to us and we will train him/her on how to do it effectively.

How does your agency work?

Here in Human Force VA Services, we hire VAs on behalf of the client so that the client won’t have to go through the exhausting and stressful process of hiring. The process is simple.

  1. When the client reaches out to us, wanting to hire a VA for their business, the hiring manager sets a meeting with the client to talk about the business, the  industry they are in, the task(s) to outsource, the software/apps/websites to use, the skills and experience requirements, the working hours, and the agreed hourly rate.
  2. Once these are set and established, the client then needs to give the hiring team one week to do the hiring process and the matching of the applicants according to client’s requirements.
  3. Once the hiring team found the “BEST VA” to work with the client, the hiring manager then sets another meeting with the client for a “Meet and Greet Session”.
  4. The hiring manager introduces two (2) VAs to the client, giving him some of their information. The client interviews the VA, and if the client is already comfortable with the VA, the work can now start according to the agreed start date. Please note that we can recommend only two (2) VAs and these VAs are guaranteed to have passed all the tests and interviews that the hiring team had set with him/her. The client can put their utmost trust in us that we really do our best in finding the “BEST VA” for him/her.

What if I don’t like the VA that you recommend or if work already started I am not satisfied with the output?

During the “Meet and Greet session” if you feel that our VA is not the best suit for you, we can talk about it and re-review your requirements and start all over again to find the right candidate.

If the work has already started and it seem that you are not satisfied with how our VA is working for you, or if in some instances there is a no show on the day the work should have started, or if he/she quits, we will make an investigation or an assessment of the VA, and if needed we will also REPLACE the VA at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE at all!

Are there contracts and monthly fees?

YES, there is a contract but NO monthly fees. We offer a one month contract to start with our service just to see how it goes for the VA and the client. If the client is satisfied, we can continue with the work and amend the contract, stating how many more months the client needs the VA.

If, however, you are no longer satisfied with the VA despite the one month not completed yet and you still want to continue using our services, we will REPLACE your VA at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Hourly rate or Fixed monthly rate?

We prefer hourly rates because an hour of work is an hour paid. The client will only pay according to the hours consumed.

What is your rate?

Our hourly rate is $5/hr – $10/hr whether part time or full time. Please note that the client will handle the PayPal fees or Xoom fees for sending the payments.

You said client should shoulder the fees on top of the rate? How much is that?

You may refer about this on the PayPal calculator. This is also where we base the PayPal fees and total payments when sending invoices to the client. Please note that we get the total amount to invoice from the “To receive this…” tab. We can discuss this more during the meeting.

Optionally, if you use Xoom to pay us, Xoom charges $4.99 if you are sending money to the Philippines up to $2,999 using your bank account. Linking your credit or debit card uses a different rate.

What is the payment method and option?

Do you provide a free trial?

No. We don’t provide a free trial. However, you may provide a “work test” for the VA to see if he/she is capable 0f the work. But note, this is subject to our panel review and approval.

What will be the working schedules?

Working schedules are all depend on the VA and client’s agreement. There are options wherein the VA can work on flexible hours or they must work according to the client’s business hours or time zone.

How will I know if my VA is really working on my task/s and not fooling around?

We use a time tracking tool called “screenshot monitor” which all the VAs in the agency use to log in their hours and record their daily activities while at work. A weekly report will be sent to the client to check his/her VA’s activities and total logged hours for the whole week. It is actually a link (see below). A screenshot of the VA’s monitor will also be included in the report.

How can I secure that all my information has remain confidential?

You may send us an NDA and have it signed both by the agency and the VA. But overall, (we) here at the agency, are all honest and trustworthy in keeping every client’s information TOTALLY confidential.

Can my VA work on weekends?

It depends if the work requires it and if the VA has agreed to work on weekends. But, as much as possible, we want to make work on a business day basis only to maintain work and life balance.

Who is the best contact person to raise if I have some work issues with my VA?

All issues, concerns, and escalations must go directly to Eden. You may email her at eden@humanforcevaservices.com or Skype her.
